Central Services is integrated with Vehicle Services and can be used both in combination with it and as a standalone service. Together, they form a powerful ecosystem of services, specifically developed for emergency responders in the field.

Dynamic and Updated Information

"Many emergency services today use various types of response cards and consider them invaluable tools for carrying out their missions. However, the problem lies in the workload required to keep these cards updated and manage revisions. It often happens that the person responsible for updating the cards does not receive the necessary information from their colleagues in the field. Evam's solution is based on a feedback loop where colleagues in the field can report errors or updates related to an object. This makes the service significantly more dynamic and ensures that the information is always current," says Mikael Erneberg, CEO of Evam.

One of the central applications in Central Services is the "Info" app. This app is a part of Central Services but can also be used as an add-on to Vehicle Services. By using Evam Vehicle Services in their vehicles along with the Info app, users can get information suggested based on the type of alarm, the alarm's location, time/date, or a combination of these factors. The user has the option to read the information on a tablet (Vehicle Services) or directly on their mobile phone.

Easy Feedback and Updating

After completing an operation, the user can easily leave a note or report an error in the information directly via their phone or in Vehicle Services. This improves the feedback process and ensures that the information is continuously improved and kept up to date.

In addition to managing information, Central Services can also receive alerts and present the alert information to the user. Who gets to see the alerts can be easily configured as needed, increasing the system's flexibility and adaptability. The solution is available for iOS, Android, and desktop.
